BrainIT Consulting is based in Lakemont, Georgia. I set up AI assistants and automations for small businesses in Rabun, Habersham, Stephens and White counties, and I meet owners in person. The first 30-minute consultation is free. After that, $60 an hour.

A cabin rental
Missed-call follow-up
A guest calls while you’re turning over a cabin. Nobody picks up, so they get a text straight back with a link to your availability, and you get a note of who called and what they wanted.
An outfitter or guide
Booking replies
In season you answer the same questions all day: what time, what to bring, is there space. An assistant answers them from your own information and collects the booking details for you to confirm.
An office with too many tools
Enter it once
Your books, your email and your customer list don’t talk to each other, so every job gets typed three times. I connect them so it gets typed once.
A shop, café or restaurant
Answers at the counter
Hours, menu, orders and catering questions, answered on your website or from a QR code by the register, in your own words. You can read every conversation.

Local work and workshops
Tallulah is a visitor site I built for Tallulah Falls: trail guides for the gorge and a planner for a day out.
I run the AI workshop The Whole AI Trail in One Ride at the Rabun County Public Library in Clayton. It’s 120 minutes with laptops open, for people with little or no experience.
Chambers, clubs and businesses can book a workshop for their own group. Ask about a date.
Emile and I met at a workshop he gave recently at Clayton Library, and he is now helping me automate my YouTube content generation pipeline and various other aspects of my business. I highly recommend Emile’s professional services and his willingness to help.
How it works
Start with one job
Text me the job that takes up most of your week. We meet for 30 minutes, free, to find the best way for your business to benefit from AI. After that I can teach you the integrations, run a workshop for your staff, or build the solution for you or with you. After the consultation, work is $60 an hour. Workshops are free for libraries; a business can pay the hourly rate or co-host one at its premises.
